Leslie, my mother Nyla Sterner spoke highly of your mother. She enjoyed their times in Eastern Star. Your mother was so proud of you, the family your created, and your genuine compassion for others. As I lost my mother in December 2020, my heart aches for you and truly know what this loss feels: your mother, your best friend. The loving care she gave her brother Phill was amazing and will always be remembered for being a beautiful lady with a smile that showed how loving she was to everyone that crossed her path.
