Bobbi and family,

I was so sorry to just hear of Phyllisann's passing and send my heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

Phyllisann was my first mentor at NASIC (FTD). She took me under her wing and patiently taught me everything I needed to know about imagery research, and I owe much of my career success to her. She was very knowledgeable, had a great work ethic and was a well-respected leader. But more than that, she was a wonderful friend and lunchtime...

I will certainly miss Phyllisann, she was a lady I considered to be one of my mentors when I joined her sorority, GPD. She had a wily sense of humor and was always willing to help when needed with no complaints. Rest In Peace Soror Phyllisann! A beautiful Rose grows beyond the wall...
