Sylvia was a best friend of my mom Shirley Edmiston. There were a bunch of ladies from Stanley who hung around outside of work. I remember them all and how they enjoyed each others company. Sylvia was always a bright light. It is sad they are all gone now. My deepest sympathy to her family

I am so very sorry for the loss of your Mom and Grandmother. Though I did not know your Mom, I did see her in my parents NBHS yearbook for 1948. They were Donald Zajac and Hedy Karas. My Dad also worked in Stanley Works as did your Mom and I'm sure they knew each other along the way! I included her pic from the yearbook. :)
