Not sure what to say?

I watched Combat as a teen and loved it. Then about a year ago I discovered it on You Tube and was thrilled. Almost every night I watched one or two episodes from 10 until midnight, or almost midnight as there are no commercials to take up show time. One of my favorites was on a couple of nights ago, The Little Jewel. Need I say I watch the shows staring with Season 1 all the way through Season 5 in color then start over again. Caje was a special guy in the show. And he had a kind...

I grew up watching Combat and enjoyed listening to him speak is native language like my dad and his brothers did. And BTW all Jalberts are related.

I loved watching Pierre on Combat as Caje he was so handsome and a fine actor. What first caught my attention to him is his name, I have a cousin with the exact name who lives in Quebec. Rest in Peace Pierre Jalbert.

I just re-discovered my favorite WWII TV show, Combat, on Youtube, after what, some 55-60 years. It was the character of Caj that inspired me to start learning the French language--a great gift. Merci bien, Monsieur Jalbert, pour avoir suscité en moi le désir d'apprendre des langues, en particulier la vôtre.

I watched Combat as teen in the 60s and am now watching reruns, sometimes 4 in a row. Pierre did a wonderful job playing Cage. In one episode I watched last night, he was skiing and I thought he was probably doing it himself, or at least most of it as I had learned of his skiing abilities. I certainly enjoyed his acting.

You could always count on Caje in Combat! Very human character. Must have been an extremely deep person.

He was great in S2 E4 of Mission Impossible "The Bank" episode. It's now the 10th Anniversary of Pierre's passing & wanted to share my condolences to his widow & family. Pierre also has a striking resemblance of my son's VP at his high school.

Pierre's brother single handedly saved Canadian Parliament from a deranged gunman. These brothers are real heroes.

Thank you Mr Jalbert for continuing to inspire As an actor writer and director I often revisit your combat episodes to remind myself what great work is and how timeless it is Merci Beaucoup
