Pierre Kabamba

Professor Kabamba was, for me, the exemplar of a great professor. I took a graduate control theory class from him -- way outside my major and my comfort zone. The material was *hard* -- but he made it interesting and accessible.

Thirty years later, "Smoking Chalk Kabamba" lives green and strong in my memory. A great loss to UM.
