In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Mrs. Morrison and Family, I am sorry for the lost of your loved one. Pierre was a good person and I know he is resting in the arms of the lord.

Mrs. Morrison, I was so sadden my the news of Pierre. He was such a nice person to know. I remember from your days at Cainhoy. You are in my prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you during this time of bereavement. I am so sorry for your lost. I remember all the times of watching you, Pierre and the girls at our many games and school events. The memories were one of love. You extended this to your kids and your students. As one of your pupils, I love and admire you and my sincere thoughts and prayers are with you.

I can't believe that you have left this earth without a warning, but your smile will always be in my heart. You will be greatly miss, but I will see ya again one day and I know you will still be smiling.
