Pio Nardone

My condolences to the Nardone Family. I worked for "Mr. Nardone" as a young mechanical engineer at Burns and Roe.
He was the image of professionalism, commitment and candor. He was a model and inspiration for me of how an engineering professional and manager should conduct himself.

Nardone family: Your father was one-in-a million....his talents, work ethic and boundless energy were amazing. He had a great professional career and a full life. I always had much affection and respect for him, as did all who came in touch with him. He will be missed.

I am very sorry to hear the news at this time about Pio. He was a very important person in my life and a true mentor to me. I first met Pio in Dec 1968 during an interview (where fortunately for me he hired me). Over the years I worked very closely with him and found him to be a true professional person with high integrity and great common sense. I am sad that I did not hear about his passing until now.
