Piyush Kothary

I always enjoyed talking with Piyush when we were both at Kellogg and after his retirement. He always had good ideas and was an encouraging person to have known. He will be missed.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the unexpected and sudden loss of my dear and beloved Piyushmama. During his two visits to Sydney, we shared many joyful memories of our time together as an extended family in Mumbai. He was a great listener and gave me the benefit of his wisdom and provided discerning advice during our many long conversations over the years, both in-person and during phone calls. He showed great forbearance and courage when his life partner and his soul mate my dear Sarlamami...

Piyush was a kind, friendly and thoughtful man. When I think of the countless times our paths crossed working at the Kellogg Eye Center, I am immediately reminded of his bright engaging smile. A great man, a great loss. My condolences to his family.
