Polly Bradshaw

Polly (Urbanek) Bradshaw born February 11, 1924, departed into the arms of the Lord on Monday, August 13, 2012 at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emma Chubb and Tom Pace; first husband, Ray Urbanek; daughter, Rama Kay Flash; step-son, James Bradshaw. Polly is survived by her beloved husband, Charlie Bradshaw; daughter, Jane Thomas (Darwin); son, Richard Urbanek (Bonnie); step-son, C. R. Bradshaw Jr. (Ellen), and step-daughter, Monica Bradshaw, and her sister, Ann Pace in CT; as well as many grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
