Polly was one of the GREATS in Republican politics, sharing deep and lasting friendships with the many women like her who came together to work to build the Republican Party in Texas in its early days (and men!). She was respected and beloved. I am so thankful she was part of my life. I was truly blessed to know and love her. I can just imagine the happy reunion she is having in Heaven! Condolences to you, Susie. Her walk on earth was one of blessing to us all.
