Hugs to Busy and Tom on the anniversary of the loss of their Dad, whom I remember as a dignified, bigger-than-life gentleman... with an audacious sense of humor.

Busy and Tommy,
Sorry to read of your Dad's passing. He was a good man and always helpful to my mother which was always greatly appreciated. Condolences in your loss. Warmest regards.
Your Cousin,
Burton Burrus, Jr.

Tom and Busy! I remember what a solid, good man your Dad was, though I'm sure a taskmaster. A privilege to have met him, and condolences for your loss.PLEASE send me an email! It's been too long. Warm wishes...

Tom and family,
I heard nothing but good things about your dad during the time I lived in Houston. You and I worked together at the 'dome. My condolences and best wishes to you all.

My condolences Samantha. I know how much he meant to you and your family.

My sincere condolences to you and your family at this time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Your father lived at my Grandmother's home in Lubbock while attending Texas Tech. Her name was Mary Neathery. Your Dad was a friend of my Mother (Blandina Neathery Trojan), Uncle Sam Neathery and cousin Sam Bejach while at Texas Tech. My Mother was also a member of Sans Souci with your Mother. I was born in 1940 in Lubbock, graduated from Tech and now reside in Dallas. My sister lives in Houston. She shared the passing of your Dad. My Mother passed away in 1985 and my Uncle passed away...

It is a privilege to have known the Parris family. Porter had a grand sense of humor, and Lou was a formidable mixed doubles tennis partner.
