I stumbled across a movie called Stalingrad, and who plays one of the major leading roles in that movie, Powers Brother, one of my all time favorite actors, I've seen him as Jim Jones, but also remember him from Tombstone, Red Dawn and several other movies. You are not forgotten, a great actor and from what I have read, a really nice man. Thank you for your brilliant acting, you certainly had a gift, your movies will live on. God bless you. Sitting here watching Southern Comfort for the first time. I immediately recognized Keith Carradine but the other leading actor, who looked very familiar, I just couldn't place. And so, I went to Google to search for the cast of this movie and then, low and behold, it is Powers Boothe, the man I adored in Tombstone. Wowow! Certainly a fine, fine actor and, from what I've been reading about him, he was a super nice human being. Rest well in Gods hands, Mr. Boothe, and thank you so very much...

I was a college kid when Red Dawn came out. I think you were superb in that role. Back then, such an event was truly not that far fetched, and as a 19 year old kid, the movie really grabbed me. You were truly the highlight of the film.

You are not forgotten and still thought of by your fans today. I know you know that. See you soon
