Dear Linda, Marla, and Rachel, I was so saddened to hear of Prentice´s (PK!) passing. I was a colleague of his at Dartmouth, overlapping for 5 years. Although we were in different fields, he taught me a great deal about being an empathetic and caring teacher. His students loved him, as did I. Thinking of you all, these many years later, and sending love and heartfelt condolences. Laura

He was a kind and generous mentor, a talented researcher, an even better teacher, and the nicest colleague anyone could wish for. Rest in peace you gentle soul. With deepest sympathies Richard...

He will be missed by all who knew him. I still have fond memories of growing up with the Knight family in the Bloomfield neighborhood. Prentice and I both...
