Not sure what to say?

Century ago the Roman philosopher Seneca wrote: In the presence of death, we must continue to sing the song of life. We must be able to accept death and go from its presence better able to bear the burdens and to lighten the load of others.

In offering my condolences to your family on the loss of your love one, I want you to be encouraged. God knows your burdens and cares, continue to take them to the Lord and leave them there. Thanks Coach Partin for being a great mentor and...

My heart breaks for the Partin family, P-Joe was taken from us way too soon. I feel lucky to have gotten to know him over the last few years. I will always remember how proud he was... of his Ole Miss Rebels, of course, but especially of his FAMILY. The way he would smile at Jason and Jessica... you could just see his pride. "Those are MY kids, and they are great, and I helped make them who they are." I loved that about him. And his dedication to his wife was also so evident... and...

I am deeply saddened by the lost of " Coach Partin" but truly blessed to had him as an assistant principle. He was such a wonderful person whom I loved like a father. Coach Partin I will truly miss you. You are gone home to be with God but you will never be forgotten.
Class of "88"

Joe was a true educator, mentor and friend. I learned what it was to put the child's best interests first from him. He touched the lives of many people in a special way.

So very sorry for your loss. May you feel God's loving arms around you during this difficult time.

Matthew Chap. 7: 13&14

"Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”

Thanks for keeping me on the "straight and narrow" Coach Partin... You believed in me when so many others didn't and that made all the difference in the world.

Jeanne Marie and all the family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I can't really imagine a world without Joe in it...he loved you all so very much. We've all got some wonderful memories, but when its all said and done, its the love of family and friends and the legacy we leave that determines how we will be remembered. Joe certainly did a fantastic job in these areas, always giving 110% to everyone. He will be missed. He's up there watching, I am sure...and probably has...

Rest in peace Coach Partin

Dear Partin Family,

I knew Joe during his time at ULL (USL at the time) while I was on the football team. He was indeed a good guy who touched many lives as a coach and teacher. May he rest in peace.
