Not sure what to say?

My uncle Preston was always a sight to behold. I haven't seen him since I was a little girl and he visited our family in Alabama. He was my father's (Howard Boothe) uncle, and my great-uncle. I am thirty now, so that was years ago. I remember seeing him when I was a child and thinking how great he always looked and carried himself. I am truly sorry I never got to know him better. I planned a trip to San Diego this July 23-30th, but was informed by my family in AL that he passed away...

PRESTON WAS JUST THE MOST PRECIOUS, KINDNESS MAN WHO WAS PART ON MY LIFE SINCE THE 1950'S WHEN I CAME TO CALIFORNIA FROM CONNECTICUT AT AGE 11 LIVED IN AZURE VISTA HE GAVE ME MY FIRST CALIF HAIRCUT. I JUST LOVED ALL THE STORIES HE COULD TELL, HE ALSO GAVE MY THREE BOYS THEIR FIRST HAIRCUTS, WE LIVED ACROSS THE STREET FROM PRESTON ON PESCADERO AVE. ONE OF OUR DOGS HAD PUPPIES PRESTON WANTED ONE HE PICKED OUT THE BEST LITTLE PUPPY AND CALLED HER PRINCESS, THEY WERE ALWAYS TOGETHER, SHE WAS SO...

Preston gave me many haircut's. Was a great guy to talk with. My condolences to his family.

preston! you gave me so much joy ,you are a very special man to me and my mother, every morning you would be at the at our favorite breakfast shop in o.b at 6am and have breakfast and laugh until we left, we will miss those days. even thought we haven't seen you in years ,we still wonder about you!
