I am a longtime friend of his parents. It was heartbreaking news to hear of Preston's passing. There is nothing sadder than the loss of a child, spouse or parent. Here in El Paso where the Hendrix family lived so many years their family was so well liked and respected. My prayers go out for them all.

When my daughter began work at the Rainforest, Preston guided her on how to set up a good financial path to retirement. She speaks of him often as a caring person who left the Rainforest to spend more time with his son. I never met him, but I know he cared about everyone he met.
