Mr. Preston Locklear

Mr. Locklear passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015. Mr. Locklear was a resident of Pembroke, North Carolina at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife Lois. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday September 4 2015 at Elrod Baptist Church.
