Preston Edward Pepper

"Today is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it". Words first proclaimed in the Psalms were also the lifesong of Preston. There isn't a day that I don't think of him and I would give anything to hear him say "hey buddy" again. I miss your crazy ideas and your random thoughts. I miss your positive attitude and I miss you smile.

It was said that you dont know what you have until you loose it, and in this case it could have never been more true, somewhat. Although...

Dear Brad & Darla, Justine & Jael,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you continually as God brings you to mind. I can't imagine losing one of my sons so suddenly and tragically as you have lost Preston, but I know that God our loving heavenly Father is faithful to take you through it. He is holding you so closely and giving you His peace. Hang on to that and to His promises.

Jesus said in John 14;1-3 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my...

Pepper Family,
I went to high school with Preston and only knew him a little bit but I wanted to let you know that you had an amazing christian son. I will never forget his love for Christ and how much he got along with everyone and of course, who could forget, the smile that he had each and everyday! He is and will always be greatly missed. Your family are my prayers and always will.
God Bless

Brad & Darla, Justine & Jael;

You're often in our thoughts and prayers... We can't imagine what it feels like to lose one of our kids.

We ask God to 'shrink wrap' each of you in His love, and to give you the strength you need when the times of your loss hurt the most. Sometimes it's a song on the radio, or something someone says that triggers the tears and memories...

Find comfort in knowing that we'll all be together again in heaven someday soon, and we know they'll be...

Brad & Darla

Its been over 2 months now since Preston’s accident. I want you to know I have thought of you guys every day, and prayed for you often. I hurt for you but there is no way I can know what you have and are experiencing.

With Derrick living on his own, Preston was not over that often any more. However, it has been really quiet not hearing the loud exhaust (I never saw Preston’s new truck) and seeing a pickup pull up out front followed by the back door opening and...

Preston you are a great person and also a good boyfriend for Tara!

The Pepper Family and Hassevoort Family and Tara, our dear family In Christ,
God chose to go through the same pain and sorrow you are going through when he gave His son. He chose to suffer the most difficult heartache a human can suffer. The loss of a child. His child came to earth to save us, Preston went to heaven for that reward. When Jesus looks at Preston's face He sees the reward from His Father to Him. Oh how happy Jesus must be to look at Preston face to face. And for Preston to...

Dear Pepper Family & Hassevoorts,
Preston touched our lives in a really special way. He made our daughter so happy! We all will have precious memories of him forever. Preston filled the lives of so many with his great sense of humor, his kind spirit, and his loveable personality. You have much to be proud of. Our hearts ache over losing him so early but we rejoice in knowing that he was welcomed home by the King of Kings and that we will meet him again one day. Brad, Darla, Justine, and...
