Not sure what to say?

We have fond memories of Priscilla who we know as our great Aunt Cutch. She was an amazing Aunt who catered to all of the kids. Who can forget playing wiffle ball with her at camp, flying kites, Christmas Eve at her home on Brinkerhoff, singing songs while she played her piano and violin, drinking whiskey sours, we can go on and on. We will never forget her!

Miss Kommer was a dedicated music teacher. Her quick step pace echoed in the halls of Washington School as she went from room to room with her harp. Her hair always looked like she had just stepped out of a wind tunnel, face flush with the energy that a true believer brings to her music students. I am not surprised she lived 100 years, her memory will certainly exceed that measure in the hearts of her students. Jim Harding, Kingwood, TX

When I attended Egbert Bagg elementary school on Mandeville St., Miss Kommer was my music teacher year after year. A favorite memory is of her zipping around the cornerof Cotttage Pl in her coupe heading towards school. Later in life after I alsio retired from teaching,Miss Kommer and I worked on the same retiree committee, Friendly Service. We shared many conversations many of which swirled around the songs she had taught us so long ago. Fond memories of a fine person.
