Not sure what to say?

Wow, can't believe she's gone. I met Prudence Grace in San Francisco back in the 70's when she was working as a waitress in a Mexican Restaurant while trying to break into Radio. One of her favorite places was Mt Tamalpais. Guess she is looking down on it now.From reading her obit, it seems she realized her dream and made it big!! Sorry she is gone, a loss to many.

Roger, I am just hearing that Prudence has passed on, and the news leaves me numb...as I have no doubt you too have been in a fog. I can still see her face, with a huge smile and sparkling eyes, as she expressed "I Love This Man!" She would often speak those words about you, and I now you loved her as much. My heart aches for you friend, and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God be with you!

Roger, So sorry for the loss of your amazing wife. Pru was so much fun to sit and have a beer with @ BW'S. The world is a darker place without her amazing spirit and smile. May god comfort you in your time of loss.

Roger. Terry and I were so sorry to hear about your wife and prayed for days for things to get better but it was not meant to be. Hopefully friends and family will be there to suppory you for the TIME it takes to make it thru this. We'll be thinking of you.

I remember Prudy from WHNN in Bay City Michigan in the mid-70s. She was bubbly, talkative and cute. I'm sorry to hear that she has passed. Steve Imburg

To die: to sleep;
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come

I recall a huge Winter blizzard in Bay City that kept cars from travelling at all ... in the midst of our being trapped at the station, who do you suppose appeared at the back door of the station - our lovely copywriter Prudy. She was driven to get a shot at being on air - and she did whatever it took. The rest is history. She will be missed!

My heart goes out to the family....Allison made a diffrence. In 1984 Yes played at Lamar Park, I had purchased tickets for my little brother and I, and lost them. While calling into Allison's show to request a song as I often did back then, the concert came up while chatting and I told het the story. without hesitation, and not knowing who I was other than a fan,she had us meet her at the gate at a predetermined time and got us in to work as "ushers". Talk about loving your brother. I'll...

Roger - I remember when "Pru Pru" was going through a name change at Salon Enterprises. We joked about calling her "Pru Pru" as she didn't always like her given name... and it kinda stuck with me. She finally settled on DeMercurio-Schneider for her last name so she could be recognized as herself and Brittany's mother at the same time. I'm so glad she found you and found a last name I'm sure she would call her favorite. You did a great job today. She would be proud.

Brittany - You...

Allison Harte was my idol growing up. Not a day passed by when I didn't hear her. She will be greatly missed by the whole community.
