Not sure what to say?

I was a classmate of Leigh Ann Murdock and went to church each Sunday with their family. So I knew Quentin Murdock. I remember him with fondness. My immediate reaction of hearing of his passing was that he was a very good man. My dad, Pat Fielding, loved the man and Quentin served with him in the bishopric in some capacity, perhaps as ward clerk, I don't really remember. I just know that my dad held him in high esteem. As my dad passed away a few years ago, perhaps they have met in some...

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Murdock. He was a true American Hero. He blessed the lives of 100 of students at Dixie Highs School by coming in and speaking to my U S History classes. I truly appreciated the time he gave to us. He was so kind and interested in the students. They loved hearing his message and always wanted pictures with him after he finished speaking. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Ellen Stucki, Dixie High School, St. George, Utah.

Sincere condolences to the family of a great man, husband, father, grand father, uncle and friend. He gave so much to his family, community and country. He was my uncle and neighbor while growing up in Rockford and I had no idea of his military service to our country until my adult life which made me appreciate and honor him even more than I did as a kid. Thoughts and prayers to the family, I wish I could be there for hugs....please accept them from afar.

So sorry to hear about your loss. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Your family was one of the staples that we all remembered while growing up. You were neighbors and friends.

So very sorry to learn of the passing of Quentin . He was a neighbor for so many years... Bought my Mom, Michi Nii her first clothes dryer because she couldn't hang her clothes out to dry because of the feedlot smell anymore. So many fond memories of me and Susie getting into trouble , starting a fire on the hay stack... Listening to both Quentin and my Dad yelling at us. My deepest sympathies to you, Miko and all of Quentin's families. May the good memories of him bring you much peace....

I loved this man. He was a great man.

Quentin Murdock, was the epitome of the Greatest Generation. His service along with those of his generation was unparalleled in our nations history. Not only did he serve heroically, but he came home and built a great life for both himself and his family. I, for one, was inspired by the life of Quentin Murdock. Prayers to the family, and thank you Mr. Murdock for your service and sacrifice. May you Rest In Peace

Our thouthts and prayers are with the family of an outstanding man, Quentin.
