Not sure what to say?

Ann,

My family and I are truly saddened at the loss of Quen. He and J.W. always kept me straight and taught me lessens that I will always hold close.

I remember the first car that I appraised as a young Used Car Manager for Quen and Mike was an Audi 5000. I put average black book in it. On "Q-Day" he expressed that I was too high but I told him "we'll sell it!" So instead of lowering the ACV he gave me 90 days to do just that, sell it! After 45 days I don't think that anyone...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Mrs. Rahal,

Sorry to hear of your loss. My husband, Wilbur, worked for Quen for many years and always spoke highly of him. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

THANK YOU MR RAHAL, I WOULDNT BE WHO OR WHERE I AM TODAY WITH OUT YOUR GUIDANCE AND TRAINING. THANKS FOR EVERY THING.

Ann,

Owen and I extend our deepest sympathy and prayers to you. Owen enjoyed the years he worked for Quen . Thoughts and prayers for God to give you the "peace" that you need at this time to get through the days ahead. Lean on God for your strength & support. Unfortunately due to Owen being sick with colon problems we will not be able to attend the funeral.

Ann, were were totally in shock when we read this. Don tried and tried to call but the mailbox was always full. We are truly sorry for your loss and for the loss of Quinn. We didn't hear about it in time to get to the funeral which we are very sad about. We love you and we are thinking about you. Again we are very sorry.
