Corey, I am so sad to hear about the passing of your mother. I did not know. We lost touch over the years and I was trying to find her on facebook and this is how I found hout what happen. I do not know if you remember me and my family from the time that you were in Belgium but we remember you very well because you were a part of our family during the time that your mother was station in Belgium.

I did not know your mother, however, she was a fellow soldier and Eastern Star sister. Corey, I offer you and the rest of your family my condolence. I can only imagine the pain that you are going through, however, if you just lean on GOD, he will help ease your pain and I am speaking from experience. Just continue to lean on one another and remember it is okay to grieve.

My name is Vivian Colbert and it pains me to type this message for a dear friend whom I had the chance to see and talk with on our way back from Iraq in July 09. Tina I recently found out that you had went on this journey and Im truly sorry that I wasnt there to tell you goodbye. We had some fun on the All-Army softball team at the Gapp and I will never forget you, rest in peace my dear sister. My prayers go out to Cory, your new grandbaby, and remaining family. "Army Gold on 3"!!!!

My name is Cheryl Trapnell "Trap" played Shortstop for the AF and am devastated to hear of Tina's passing. The DOD sports family is big and losing a member of the family has ripples throughout the community. I wish I'd known---Chiefland is only a five hour drive and I'd have made it to honor my comrade. My prayers go out to the family.

Tina I lost track of you when I let Japan in June 2006. We never dd establsh whether or not we were related in this life. I really beleived you to be a beleiver in Christ Jesus, that you had surrendered your life on earth to Jesus the Christ so As painful as it was to realize you had finished your journey and I did not know how it happened, I am comforted knowing that you are with the Lord Jesus, the Christ.
Brother Donald of Japan.

Dear Cory, our prayers go out to you and your family. We are deeply saddend for the loss of your mom. I have so many crazy stories and fun memories of the time that your mom and I were drill sergeants at Fort Leonard Wood. You were truly the light of her life, and you should strive everyday to make her proud. I can't explain why god needed your mom to be with him in heaven, but you can rest easy in the thought that she is with him and keeping watch over us all. Your mom was good hearted...

Today, unfortunately we found out that Tina is no longer with us. We are so deeply saddened. Tina was a true friend, teammate and a sister to us. We know that Tina is smiling down on us, may she rest in peace, and know that our prayers are with her family.
