It was such a pleasure to be a part of his life while he was here in Pittsburgh.I close my eyes and picture them outside playing football all day and the wonderfull smile Quran always had on his face.He is greatly missed and always in our hearts.

Quran was a student at my school last year.As his principal I had the pleasure of watching him develop relationships with his peers and his teachers. I recall his absolutely adorable face and big smile- how loving he could be.
He had many friends- friends that, day in and day out he walked to and from school with- friends who, to this day, bring up his name.

I was Quran's Fifth grade teacher in Wilkinsburg. During my year with him I found him to be a lovable boy that had a heart of gold. He had the best smile that could warm up the room. While I worked with him he wrote a book of poems that was then published with his picture on the book. I have used this book since to teach poetry to my children.
