Father Jim Balint was my Mom's first cousin. As a child I remember Father Jim coming to visit us in West Virginia. As an adult a visit from Father Jim was a great event. I remember him bringing his own Dad to my Grandfather's 80th birthday party in Morgantown, WV. We had such a great weekend. Father Jim made another trip to West Virginia to concelebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. I will always know him to be a fine, Holy man who cherished his calling to serve God. Maggie and I send our condolences to all those who knew and loved this marvelous man and priest. Maggie was one of the first people hired by Fr Jim to start up Prince of Peace and it has been a wonderful journey. He has been an inspiration for many.
