R. Keith Douglas

It is with great sadness that I heard the news today of Keith's passing. His kind heart, booming laugh and gentle mentoring made Keith more of a father-figure than a boss. He probably never realized what an impact those years at PS&F had in influencing my life with ethics, leadership and business skills. Although I haven't seen him for a long time, he remains in my heart every day. I am so grateful that I knew him. His legacy truly lives on.

Keith was one of the finest insurance people in this industry. I will never forget his smiling face, his big laugh, and his larger-than-life personality. I still miss him, even though he retired years ago. What a great person!

Keith was someone who helped me get started in the insurance business and was truly a mentor. He was full of life and never let an opportunity to laugh go by. As you go through life you meet individuals who do make a difference in your life and Keith was one of those people. It's too soon for him to leave but I know he will make the next stop a better place.
