Having met Dr. Ortel several decades ago, along with Mrs.Ortel, was a delight. Both were so engaging and Enjoyable. They had a number of cats over the years, and certainly took very good care of them. What else could one expect from two people who gave much of their lives to help others? Their legacy is their children and grandchildren. Their passing will leave a large hole in the family, though this will be filled with love and memories over time.
