Roosevelt remains an inspiration to me and my team of consultants. He left a rich legacy that will benefit generations to come. As the world grapples with how to become truly inclusive, I know that he would have been in the Center of solution seeking dialogue . Dear Thomas Family: I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Thomas. When ever I reached out to him for his assistance regarding conducting workforce diversity research - he always made time to meet with me or answer my questions. He will be missed by workforce diversity community - but NEVER FORGOTTEN!
