The Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Epsilon Eta Chapter at Eastern Michigan University commend Brother RL McNeeley to Omega Chapter. Rest in Peace.

I just learned of Rogers passing. I grew up in Flint michigan with Roger. He was a childhood friend from 5 years old. My family new his family well. I now live in Colorado. We were in touch briefly prior to his passing. I am shocked. Rest in Peace Roger and God bless your soul.

I have known him since we were children. He was my best friend Tracey's big brother. Blessing to the family.

I met RL early in 1994. He handle a accident for me and he did it with the utmost respect and care. As time goes we became friends I loved his wisdom and he loved my passionate insights on helping God's people he challenged me to do social work or counseling. When I recieved my Master's in 2017 he was the first to know! He was like an uncle at times but always gave me support in my good, bad, and ugly events of my growth and development.
