To the Polk family, we will always cherish the memory of a fine man, who was like a father figure to us kids who didn't have one. We will remember his kindness and his wonderful smile. Dear Polk family be strong for your dear mother. God bless you. Cozetta, Kent, Joe and Teresa.

To the entire Polk family, sorry to hear of your lost. Mr Polk was a very loving and kind man. I have so many memories of his kind soul.
