Not sure what to say?

I loved Fletcher Lance. He was a friend, brother, mentor, protege, and colleague for more than two decades. Fletcher cared about everyone. The time he spent engaging with us, made us all feel so much more important than we did earlier in the day. He had such a creative mind and a motor that wouldn't quit. We hired Fletcher to hit with our son Derek at Vanderbilt back in the 90’s several years ago! He always called our son “Big D”
One of the nicest young man we had ever met, and what an influence on our son, who went on and played college tennis for 4 years. God bless his family, and we are heart broken to hear if his passing.
Our heartfelt condolences!

Fletcher was a super smart, kind friend if mine for the last 20 years. He loved to say "There's a pony in there somewhere " when he was positive on an idea. He lived a great life of virtue and caring. He will be sorely missed. But I remember him always as a leader.

Never dreamed I would lose my good friend and doubles partner at such a young age. Surreal doesn’t come close to describing what I’m currently feeling. But knowing Fletcher as I did, I know he lived a lifetime or more in his limited years here. And I know he will be greatly missed by so many. My sincerest condolences to his wife and family.
