Guest Book

Not sure what to say?

I was looking for a man named Todd Lappin, and found this Guestbook. I am deeply struck by the Wonderful Life a boy named Todd lived after we departed our cabin the end of summer 1946-48 at Camp Strongheart in Woodruff on Lake Tomahawk....oh, those were the days we learned about life and the world we were born into. I have never forgotten those days thanks to my many pictures captured on my Brownie camera and still view at times like this. How truly innocent, happy, a full of energy we all...

To the Lappin family-I will miss Todd -people like him made the world a beatiful and a better place. He was a special man-I was lucky I met him and knew him- he made a diffrece in my life- Wishing you peace and comfort.

Laura and Kathy, my heart goes out to you both and your family. Todd was the best boss that I ever had the priviledge of working for. He taught me that we can run a company and have fun doing so. I have missed the times that we had together, and will always remember Lappin Electric and the wonderful Lappin family!

Farewell old friend. I remember seeing the first TV set ever in your basement rec room. I think it was mostly Tom Mix westerns, Lenny Dee 3-minute songs, and test patterns.
Always full of cheer and good humor, you were an inspiration. I will miss you and your wonderful spirit.

Muriel, Kathy, Laura, Gary, and Michael-
I'm so sorry to hear of Todd's passing. I have a lot of great memories of the years I worked at Lappin Lighting. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mike and family,

While I didn't know Todd directly, based on knowing you I'm can tell he was a good man and will be dearly missed. My thoughts are with you and your families.

Dear Muriel and Family,
Your husband and father was a very special man to many of the nurses who cared for him at the UW Cancer Center. I will miss him and his visits that we had. He brought a bright smile and a hug every time he came to clinic. My thoughts and prayers to all of you. He was one of a kind and it was an honor to know and care for him.

My deepest sympathy to all...especially sister Sue...we all grew up together and Todd was always a happy, smiling young guy. Having lost my brother Jeff I feel Sue's loss of her brother. Grief is a journey and I wish al of you the ability to focus on all the great experiences and gifts that Todd had and shared.
Sending you all light and love, Barbara Posner Ward
