My sincere condolences to all of Wayne's family. As one of Wayne's 1st cousins, just last week my mom (Laverna Ratcliff) and sister (Marcia Ratcliff) were remembering shared family memories of relation, and Wayne was one of these people. May he rest in peace, and we'll catch up to him and the others another time. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate his life.
