Not sure what to say?

Dear Father Reid, I thank God for you and your kindness in the very short time I knew you. You were such a kind and compassionate soul from the moment I met you praying outside the Hempstead mill for the precious Unborn. I won't ever forget your kindness after my father died. You showed a compassion and gave comfort and a sense of peace I will treasure forever. Your words of wisdom in the message you left will always strengthen me and give me hope. Please pray for me. Until we meet again good...

Dearest Father Reid and family, It is with heartfelt sympathy that we send our condolences. I am shocked at his passing. He was a faithful friend...a humble servant of God..a gentle soul. We know him from Holly Patterson from many decades ago, and the friendship continued past that time..He visited often always bearing gifts. You were an event in our lives..May God richly bless you now and into eternity. You will always be remembered..your kindness.. Thank you.

Fr Reid´s time at st Agnes was spent sharing his faith and love with the entire community. He touched so many lives. A true example of faith live and humility

Fr. Reid was truly the most humble, kind, and compassionate man. I was blessed to know him. RIP my friend. Jackie Faithfull

Heaven gained another angel in Father Robert Reid. I was one of a multitude of individuals who have been blessed to call him friend. To have known "Uncle Bob" or "Unc" as we called him, was to love him. No kinder more gentle, humble and gracious man has graced this earth. We love you Unc, and may perpetual light shine upon you.

Father Reid will always treasure our friendship and memories playing basketball and our talks at St Agnes Greenport. Rest in Peace.

Always have fond memories of Father Reid kindest gentle soul... thank you for being our friend. Rest In Peace. Love John and Karen Campbell

"Bob" Reid was a class act at Cortland and from a class act family in Massapequa...a true loss
