Not sure what to say?

Wonderful and knowledgeable person. I will never forget him and his children and mother Betty! Enjoyed babysitting his children when l lived across the street.

Rabbi Kazan presided at my wedding to his niece Barbara Neibart in 1982. He was a consummate Rabbi, gracious and friendly. I was new to Judaism and he accepted me wholeheartedly. I will always remember his humor and grand understanding of the mystery of our shared religion. He was a Mensch. The world is bit less magical with his absence. My best to his family and many friends. Eric Smith

My condolences for your loss.

It was a privilege to have know Rabbi Kazan, a tremendous friend and educator. His personal help with my studies will never be forgotten.

I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Rabbi Kazan. I have so many memories of his family since I did babysitting for all the children. My mother Stella also loved and did babysitting for the children. Betty the Rabbi's mother got me a job at the Philadelphia schools where I worked for 40 years. I was happy to talk to Rabbi and family at his home when Marian passed. Prayers and love to the family. I will never forget the family!

Sincerely, Joyce Hamilton

Rabbi Kazan speaking at Historic Kesher Israel Concert Oct. 2012 with Bruce Kaminsky and Donna Morein

My deepest condolences to the Kazan family. The Rabbi was such a wonderful man. He taught me a great deal and was always so encouraging and supportive. I miss him and will always keep him in my heart.

On behalf of the children of Martha and Harry Stern, please accept our sincerest condolences. I believe Rabbi Kazan was the last rabbi at our former shul, Congregation Emanu-El, before it merged with Congregation Melrose B'nai Israel. We remember him fondly and hope you can find comfort with our message. HaMakom Yinachem Etchem B'toch Shaar Avelei Tzion Virushalayim.
