I just heard of Rachel's passing this morning. To say I am devastated by this news is an understatement. I remember Rachel as the beautiful, bright and kind young lady in my elementary classroom. The picture of Carla and Rachel reminds me of those best buddies smiling and making every day a great day! Rachael was my best friend for 40 years. She was beautiful, brilliant, hilarious, creative and the best person I´ve ever know. The hole left in my life is immeasurable.

I only met Rachael a few times at CrossFit but even in that short time, she had an impact on me with her friendliness, her enthusiasm, and her encouragement of others as they worked out. I'm so sorry for your loss.
