Thinking of you and so sad for you all...

Dear Les, Gloria, & Ross,
Though you might not remember us, we wanted to express our condolences when we read about Rachel. Our children are the same ages and knew each other as young children. Our Tom (Howells) was in Tiger Cubs with Ross; and if my memory is right, our daughter, Kay, and Rachel were in Scouts together, too. Kay remembered Rachel so well!

Hi,
I'm sorry for your loss. My step dad lost his son when he was in his 30's. He has been involved in a group that have lost a child or children, called Compassionate Friends. You may be interested in it. It's like a support group. I will communicate with him about how you can get in touch with it, or you may find it on the internet.

May god's peace be with you and your family in this your hour of bereavement. Rachel was a special person. Very talented with lots of potential. Our prayers are with you. Rev. Jim Thurman, CTE instructor.

Dear Les and Gloria and Ross:
I am so sorry for your loss. I was just thinking of you today and then later this evening learned of your loss. Rachel was such a sweet girl. I'll never forget the time I spent with her when you let me stay at your house when I was working in Lexington. I will be praying for you that God will give you comfort and strength to lean on each other during this devastating time. I love you guys! My heart is broken and I can only imagine the loss you must feel.

Am so sorry to learn of your loss, my deepest condolences to your family
