Rachel was born on August 17, 1988 and passed away in July 2018. Rachel was a resident of North Dakota at the time of passing. She is a graduate of Red River High School (2007) and Minnesota State University Moorhead (2011). Funeral Services will be 11:00 Am Saturday, July 14, 2018 at United Lutheran Church of Grand Forks.
