I am sending my deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Rachel. I met Rachel through AFSCME when the Council 13 conventions were held she would run the child care in order for us to attend the convention. Rachel took care of my daughter Meghan for many years even after my daughter was too old to attend Rachel would always say she could help her. Rachel was a good woman and I am so glad I knew her through the union. Sending prayers of comfort. Joyce Culpepper

Rachel, you are gone too soon. You will be missed by me and many. I had been doing your nails almost 6 years. Every two weeks, we would see each other. We had memories together. We talked and laughed. Every Christmas, she brought me cookies. I and my husband loved your baking. May you Rest In Peace, Rachel.
