Memory Eternal!

Oh how I miss this precious friend. I was only ten when she and Howard got married. To me, she was the most beautiful bride ever. I'll never forget Howard's big smile when he saw her. Memory Eternal!

Rachel was one of a kind. Everyone loved her and she loved people, could talk to anyone and did. She loved the Lord and shared Him with everyone she met and exemplified His love with words and deeds. She is truly missed. Her legacy at McElwain (now Hope) will live forever.

Gina, Words alone cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Ms. Rachel was a blessing to Mountain Brook Baptist Church, our Sunday morning Friendship Class, and my family. Please know we are all praying for your peace during this time of mourning.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Rachel's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, Rest In Peace. Amen.

Sweet memories of her opening our car doors for the little ones to get out and head into McElwain...

Rachel lived life with enthusiasm and joy. Her Christian commitment and love of the Lord was seen in all her endeavors. We were blessed to serve with her at McElwain Baptist 1974-1986. She was a blessing to us. Gina, may you experience the comforting love and presence of our Lord. C. W. And Dale Moss
