Rachel Garcia Quintero

RACHEL GARCIA QUINTERO Rachel Garcia Quintero of Pinedale passed away at the age of 76, on Monday, July 3, 2006. She was born on January 10, 1930. She is preceded in death by Joe M. Quintero, her husband of 36 years. They are both now resting in Heaven. Rachel is survived by a tremendous amount of family; her five children, Mary Ynson and Trinidad Quintero, both of Fresno, Joe Quintero of Madera, Gloria Portillo of Bakersfield and Adam Quintero of Clovis; 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, her six brothers Henry, Jim, Joe, Salvador, Frank and Albert; and her six sisters, Carmen, Josie, Stella, Rosa, Sally and Donna. Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns and Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, July 6, 2006, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m, followed by Recitation of the Rosary in the chapel at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial is being held at St. Agnes Mission Church of Pinedale on Friday, July 7, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery of Fresno.
