We will miss our neighbor, Rachel. Sixteen years ago, I met my closest neighbor, Rachel. Always welcoming, cheerful, and she loved my kids dearly. I looked forward to my morning walks and visits with Rachel. You will always be in our memories. Rachel is in heaven, keeping watch over our neighborhood.
