Spahr Family-Hoping that calmness will surround your family soon. Rachel was a special friend to me. I looked to her for direction. We named our daughter after your mom. She would remember her special times with BJ and she would cry on my shoulders. She has crossed my mind many times since she left working at the base. My prayers are with your family.

Spahr Family I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Mom. Both your Mom and Dad hold a special place in my heart. I remember them coming over and being with my Mom and Dad, who are both gone now too. They always had such a good time together and what can I say about your Mom and my Mom, except, TROUBLE, but they always had a good time together. You are all in my thoughts and my prayers.

Dear Spahr family,
I wish I could be with you at the memorial service. I have beautiful memories of your mother (grandmother and great grandmother) welcoming me into her home. She was a gracious and lovely woman. Spahr Family - I feel like I have lost a member of my own family. Rachel was always there for my brother Mark and I as we grew up. We always knew we could count on her for advice as we stumbled through our youth. She was very loved and I am so happy that she is finally reunited with BJ. I am keeping you all in my prayers.
