Dear family members and friends of Rachelle: I moved to Puerto Rico two years ago and didnt know until today, when I saw the FB announcement of a show to honor Rachelle that she had passed away. I couldnt believe it! We were both Board members at LAPS. She was Totally devoted to the arts and such a charming, bubbly and enthusiastic woman. I loved chatting with her. We were blessed to know Rachelle for only a short time. She was a gentle delicate soul who was inspirational in sharing the beauty of life. Shelly was my half sister (father) and reached out to me in my early 20s. A sweet and loving woman ., and only wished we had been able to have more time together. I'm sad to hear of her passing .
