While the legacy of my cousin lives on, I wish to extend my deepest condolences to his family. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Prayers to all, Denise Ashton-Dunkley Delaware

Your Memories & Legacy will always live on my dear friend. A rare gem who will never be forgotten.

Mr Bailey loved reggae music especially Night Nurse by Gregory Issac. We sung it together the days I was his care giver. Respect sir. Rest in perfect peace. Very nice down to earth gentleman. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

May this "giant of a man" rest in eternal peace. His works will live on as a contribution to the world!

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Years ago Radcliffe traveled with me to the continent. What a wonderful, unique and enlightening experience! I will never forget his getting "lost" in the market because he wanted to talk with the vendors rather than shop. You could feel the impact of the people and the landscape on him and, ultimately, his work. He would stand and look while his mind absorbed the unique beauty of the experience. Rest in eternal peace my very talented friend.
