Not sure what to say?

Dr. Bowen remains a legend in the field of dental resins. I met him in a conference in 2014 in Chalotte, NC, when he received a life achievement award and presented a poster for his work. It was a great pleasure to chat with both Dr. & Mrs. Bowen when they talked how the dental resins helped to glue wine barrels in France and Lufthansa airplanes in Germany. He will be forever remembered for his innovative research and his friendliness.

What an incredible career and contribution to dental health! Dr. Bowen and his family were our neighbors in the mid-1960s. Love and empathy to his wife, Jean, and daughters, Sheryl and Heather

Dr. Bowen was a true heart and an inspiring mind for many dental researchers. Please accept my deepest condolences. I am praying for strength and comfort for this family

Psalm 94:17-19

A wonderful man and researcher who knew me as a summer intern at NBS in 1964. Dentistry has lost a brilliant mind and a compassionate person
