I am deeply saddened to know that my co-worker Ralph has left us to feast at the table of plenty with our Lord Jesus Christ. I will always remember Ralph as a kind, sharing and hard worker. I had the pleasure to work along side Ralph with the City of Palm Desert, at the beginning of my career with the City. I remember when he retired in 1998 From the City of Palm Desert. We had a great time while working together. Thank you Ralph, you were a great example to me and you had a great work ethic.
