We knew him as Felo! What a wonderful family man. Felo was like family; my neighbor back in Northmont, watched my son, Ivan, Jr., after school, catered my 30th Birthday party and attended most of our family events. With love and my deepest sympathy to you and yours..Amor Rosario!
