Not sure what to say?

To the Saba family - I lived right next to Mr. Saba off of Chipplegate in south Toledo. I remember talking to him by the back fence, Me andmy borthers were his blade carriers. He used to show movies in his back yard for all the kids in the neighborhood. I also remember his dogs were all named Cheech. He will truly be missed.

Growing up as a child it has always been with me how good my uncle was doing woodwork. Making a boat at his shop on Summit was really amazing to me. Even though I did not spend time with him growing up, I did spend the last 9 months in Toledo with him that I will always cherish. His sense of humor, his Saba smile, him trying to get into my Expedition, going out to eat and many stories he told me when he was growing up. I will dearly miss him, but I know he is now with the love of his...

I am sorry for your loss but happy for Rafee to be with his beloved Ruth.
They were my neighbors on Woodbrier and I cherish the memories of our times together. Both were such wonderful and talented people.
I have to work tomorrow and can't make it to Pienert's, but I will be there in spirit.

To all of the Saba Family;
My memories of this great generation go back to the 60's and all of our families on Bush Street and in North Toledo. I remember the smells wafting down the street coming from the kitchens of my Sitto; Victoria (Prephan) Farran, and her neighbors; our cousins, the Saba's. Those enticing scents drifting through the neighborhood brought us comfort and pleasure knowing what delicacies we would soon be eating. The kisses, hugs (more like squeezing and pinching), and...

To Gary and Family:

Remember Ontario Street? All the wonderful memories of your parents and grandparents and your beautiful sister, Marianna? They live in my heart, never to be forgotton.

I had the great pleasure to work with your father at the Lucas County Board of MR/DD till he retired and his art of workmanship from the magic of his hands was increditable!

Rafee and Ruthie's spirit of love is within you Gary, and your children....your parents were kind and...

Although our time knowing Rafee was short... he made a lsting impression on our staff. Was a kind, gentle spirited man. May he rest in peace.

Rest in peace Rafee - you and Ruth are always in my heart and thoughts.
