Going to miss Ralph. He was not only my best friends father-in-law but a true friend to me in so many ways. I rented my 1st apartment from him and then purchased the property from him when he decided to sell. I could not get the loan from a bank or mortgage company so he took the mortgage back himself .He trusted a young man without even a thought of not being paid back. When I needed a job he got me a job driving where he used to work. He was wonderful to me and my wife Tina. Prayers go out...
